On Tuesday 12 June the IRIS Conductive Education and Glowkids team headed to Kelly Tarltons in MIssion Bay for a fun filled day.
It was really great to see all the children and parents having fun together.
The children were so eager to go inside Kelly Tarltons they were trying to get out of their buggies in the car park.
Once inside the children were fascinated by the Stingray tank, although it was a bit smelly!
We were lucky enough to see the stingray being fed and got to learn a little bit about them. The Penguins put on a show for us slipping and sliding on the ice and there were even a few baby penguins with their soft brown feathers.
The Shark tunnel with its conveyor belt gave us so much to see some had to go around twice!
Inside the Seahorse Kingdom there were seahorses of all colours and sizes. Some even had Lego in their tanks.
The Snow Mobiles produced lots of smiles and giggles, and both the parents and children had a laugh at the Penguin cardboard cut-outs.
Great fun was had by all and we are all looking forward to our next trip.
